With his surrealistic, absurd drawings Mance simply and directly searches and finds the present transparency of the reality. These drawings are at the same time the ideal illustration of his music. The concept of the installation is guided by the minimalist structure of the drawings – tiny red stripe in a huge space of the dark emphasizes the surrealism expressed in the story and makes it dominant throughout the atmosphere.

Milan Manojlović Mance was born in Zagreb in 1958. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb in the class of professor A. Kinert in 1984. He has exhibited in several joint and independent exhibitions in and out of Croatia.
